A miniature wonderland, the largest in the world.

The actual video is below....

I never knew this existed! Did you? This video tells the story of the Miniature Wunderland in Hamburg, Germany, the largest model railway in the world. But far more than just a railroad. There are whole societies modeled here, with attention to detail visible at every corner.

There is even an airport, with the most advanced flight simulation in the world.

Visitors can also work the interactive simulations with 200 push buttons.

There are far more than a thousand trains, aircrafts, autos, ships, and 200,000 human and animal figures.

Other amazing facts:

It took 500,000 hours to build it and it continues to grow. There are currently eight sections connected by 13 km of track. New "countries" sections will be added until 2020.

There are 900 model trains traveling 100 km every day.

The simulations and railroads are run by an extensive computer system and over 200 workers.

Even the video is fun to watch!
